CWM (Create With Meaning) is the platform from which Jorge Vales creates, accelerates and connects companies in Mérida, Yucatán. It is neither an agency nor a fund: it is the point where the brands, people and capital of an ecosystem built over twenty-five years in southeastern Mexico come together.

The platform brings together seven brands with distinct roles. STAC, the commercial accelerator that runs the sales operation of companies that already sell and want to grow, paid in line with results. Impact Hub Mérida, the impact entrepreneurship community. Creer.vc, the investment vehicle for companies in the region. Espaciales, spaces for work and creation. VHQ, creative production for international markets from Florida. Cinn, content and media. Vales, the communication agency founded in 1999 by Jorge A. Vales García and Rocío Bolio, where it all began.

One idea runs through all of them: every next-generation company starts with a system that generates predictable revenue. CWM contributes strategy, talent, connections and, when it makes sense, capital, so that the companies in the ecosystem dare to be extraordinary.

CWM works with partners, strategic allies and private investors on selected opportunities, and hosts dinners, sessions and conversations for business owners, founders and investors in the region, by invitation.
